Because I've been there!

For over a decade, I followed paths I thought I should take — sometimes staying longer than I wanted, other times taking leaps without clarity — pushing through doubt and questioning myself when things didn’t unfold the way I expected.

I couldn’t understand why so much of it felt heavier than it needed to. I was growing. I was making progress. But some of the results I wanted felt slower — and more difficult — than I expected.

Eventually, I reached a point where I couldn’t ignore the gap anymore. What I was living didn’t match what I felt in my heart was possible. I didn’t just want a different job or a different city. I wanted to understand why creating what I knew was possible felt so hard.

Each week, we explore what’s truly shaping your experience beneath the surface — especially around work, money, effort, and the way you relate to yourself.

Between calls, I’ll share reflections, prompts, or practices aligned with the work we’re doing together.

Ongoing support via email or private messaging (Monday–Friday)

MONTH 1: NOTICE THE PATTERNS YOU’VE BEEN LIVING IN

This month is about slowing down and becoming more aware of how you’ve been navigating decisions — especially around work, money, and self-trust.

Together, we’ll look at where things have felt heavier than they needed to, confusing, or repetitive — and what’s been underneath that.

You’ll:

  • Notice where you’ve been pushing through or choosing what seemed responsible, even when something didn’t feel right

  • See how fear, pressure, and expectations have influenced how you move around work and money

  • Recognize beliefs and messages you’ve picked up from family, culture, or past experiences

  • Identify emotional patterns like guilt, urgency, self-doubt, or the need to get it “right”

  • Build a grounded understanding of where you are — without judgment or pressure to change anything yet

This month often brings relief.

Not because everything is solved — but because you begin to see that you weren’t failing. You were responding to what you believed was necessary.


MONTH 2: FOCUS ON THE ONE DECISION YOU’VE BEEN STUCK IN

In this month, we bring the work into real life by focusing on one situation where something has been asking for your attention — but you haven’t fully trusted yourself to respond to it.

This might be:

  • A job or work situation you’ve outgrown

  • A situation around where or how you want to live

  • A money choice you’ve been avoiding or second-guessing

  • A place where you’ve been settling because choosing differently feels risky

The focus isn’t on making the “right” decision.

It’s on learning how to choose without abandonding what feels honest to you.

You’ll:

  • Identify where fear or pressure has been keeping you stuck

  • See how old beliefs show up in real time

  • Notice when hesitation is fear — versus when something genuinely doesn’t feel right

  • Practice standing by what feels honest to you

  • Experience what it feels like to choose without overriding yourself

  • This is where self-trust becomes practical — not theoretical.

MONTH 3: MOVE FORWARD WITH TRUST, FAITH, AND LESS PRESSURE

By this point, you’ve identified your patterns and practiced responding differently in one real situation.


This final month is about living from that place — with more trust in yourself, and more faith in the process.

This isn’t about “figuring everything out.”
It’s about learning how to move forward without slipping back into fear, control, or old habits.

You’ll:

  • Start responding from self-trust instead of urgency

  • Notice how money beliefs influence your choices — not to fix them, but to respond differently when they show up

  • Feel calmer around money, so it supports your decisions instead of running them

  • Trust yourself more as you take next steps, even when things are still unfolding

  • Lean into faith as you move forward, without feeling like everything rests on you alone

  • Acknowledge how far you’ve come and let that growth guide how you show up from here on out

Everything I share and offer now comes from having lived this pattern myself — doing what made sense, taking risks, pushing through, and still feeling like something was missing.
